A further success factor of decentralised hierarchies is their regional context. From the very beginning, HB TECH, in each of its divisions and for each market, has consistently relied upon qualified and dedicated employees who come from the same market as they will be operating on. People buy from other people, not from companies. As a company that thinks and operates on an international level, it is our aspiration to create jobs first and foremost in those places where we are serving a market.
