Total Quality Management (TQM)

We see Total Quality Management as an operating principle that is not merely confined to products and their manufacture. All of our business processes are subject to this comprehensive quality philosophy. The permanent presence of our technical management board at our production location in the Far East serves to guarantee this aspiration for quality.

Our Aspiration for Quality

The concept of Total Quality Management (TQM), upon which we rely, was developed by the European Federation of Quality Management (EFQM) and divides our approach into two broad areas:

Enablers

Alongside management and processes, the three areas that influence quality management are considered in the category of enablers. First and foremost are the employees, but also included are corporate policy and strategy. Last but not least, partnerships and resources used constitute an important basis for quality management.

Outcomes 
In the outcomes category, key outcomes are defined which are viewed on an equal par with the outcomes relating to employees, customers and the company.
