TQM: Conversion
Innovation and permanent learning
As an accompanying process, lasting innovation and permanent learning also have an effect on all those involved. TQM is therefore not a one-off issue, but rather a process which, following its implementation, is also termed a continual improvement process, abbreviated to CIP.
Natural and simple process
This may appear complicated at a first glance. On the contrary however, integrating all branches within a company and all factors that have an influence upon that company helps to carry out constant monitoring and continual improvement of all procedures and, as a result, the work outcomes and products.
Benefits for our customers
An advantage in costing ratios through an increase in productivity, and a resultant improvement in outcomes which in turn can be used for investments, are considerable benefits which this provides for our customers. Constantly auditing all processes and procedures in a company also allows any potential for streamlining to be identified, contributing towards the prevention of resource wastage.
Quality circle and quality manual
A quality circle, representing all parts of our organisation, holds constant discussions regarding the execution of work and work outcomes, examining proposals for improvements and adopting them into processes. The quality circle’s outcomes are adopted into a QM manual, making them available for access to all employees. This way, new employees are able to quickly maintain and expand upon the level of quality already achieved.
