Photovoltaic modules for specific requirements

HB-TECH produces photovoltaic modules with special properties which allow them to be utilised in decentralised applications, even in extreme locations. In addition to this, the modules' design and performance data can be precisely adapted to the particular field of application. With our production location in the Far East, we are creating custom-made systems for the most varied fields of application and local boundary conditions.

Cover technology as the technology of the future

Covering the current-producing silicon wafer is a significant problem facing the durability of photovoltaic modules. Any mechanical stress placed on this can lead to a rupture and thus to the module being destroyed. We have come up with an ingenious solution to this, in the form of cover technology. Instead of using glass plating to cover the module, we use a foil that can be pressed on. This foil is heat resistant up to 270° Celsius, which is necessary for the production process, and is mechanically “unbreakable". The modules derive their static strength from the mounting plate to which they are attached, meaning that the modules are perfectly suited to deployment in mobile applications and can survive being constantly assembled and disassembled without rupturing.

Wind generators

Wind generators can only be classed as safe and reliable sources of energy if they generate an even current both in the weakest of breezes and in gale-force winds. Our wind generators are approved for installation in commercial and residential areas and are also suitable for mobile deployment. They can successfully cope with these varying wind speeds whilst operating extremely smoothly, bringing the benefits of a longer service life and a low level of noise pollution. They can be operated anywhere between -20° Celsius and +70° Celsius, and therefore in any region in the world.

MOVER-6 hybrid system

The MOVER -6 system, with its intelligent photovoltaic tracking system and storm-resistant wind generator, fulfils all requirements for a flexible off-grid solution. We have been producing this system since 2007, the only company to do so, and have made multiple refinements and improvements to the system along the way. The combination of the two sources of energy increases independence and disposability enormously, thanks to specially adapted transformers and charge controllers. Our hybrid systems provide telecom masts, mountain stations and chalets with power. In the future, the coordinated control of smaller, decentralised systems will make it possible to locally secure the energy supply - reliably and according to need - everywhere in the world, even in regions which are far away from the network.
